This image is a drypoint created with an etching needle, various roulettes and burin engraving.
The image is based off a scene I see on occasion driving from Manassas towards Fairfax along Route 28 next to the Virginia Meat Packing, Inc, where vultures or buzzards circle close by, sitting on top of the old billboard, waiting for their next meal, I presume.
